Return & Replacement Policies

Need to return an item? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to start a return, please send an email to customerservice@jonaktoys.com with the order # and which item(s) will be returned. Return shipping costs are on the buyer.

Missing or damaged item in your order? For domestic orders, we can refund the item or send a replacement if we have it stocked. For international orders, missing items with a value of under $10 may be subject to a refund instead of a replacement due to shipping costs. Missing items over $10 can be replaced if we have it stocked.
